We are a family-run farm in Oviedo, Florida. We are not a large organization, and our website handles your information accordingly — simply, transparently, and only as needed.

Manage the Black Hammock Resident egg program approved list

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for purposes outside of running the farm and communicating with you.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you:

GoHighLevel — the platform our website is built on. They host the site and handle our contact forms. Their privacy practices are at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
Google Analytics — measures website traffic so we understand which pages are useful. Google's privacy practices are at policies.google.com/privacy.
Email service provider — delivers BHF News to subscribers.

These providers have their own privacy practices and are not permitted to use your information for any purpose other than the service they provide to us.

We may also share information if required by law — for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order.

Payments

For in-person purchases at the farm (eggs, lamb, livestock, Lambscaping services), we accept:

Cash — no information is collected or transmitted
Venmo — payment is handled through Venmo. Venmo collects and processes your information according to their own privacy policy. Venmo transactions are visible to your contacts by default unless you change your privacy settings.
Cash App — payment is handled through Cash App, which collects and processes your information according to their own privacy policy.

Black Hammock Farm does not store your Venmo or Cash App account details, card numbers, or banking information. If you have concerns about how Venmo or Cash App handles your information, please review their respective privacy policies and account settings.

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
